Emmanuel Christian School seeks to promote the development of the whole person through a variety of programs and activities. It is the goal of ECS to offer a wide variety of activities to insure that our students can develop to their fullest potential. Opportunities for participation outside the classroom include student council, class officers, National Honor Society, community service, weekly chapels, high school play, speech contests, music contests, writing contests, ministries in local churches, bands (5th-12th), choirs, concerts, musicals, and more.
The ECS athletic program offers the opportunity to generate school and team spirit. Working together as a team, individual character building, and personal discipline are emphasized. Sports devotionals and team prayer help draw students closer to Christ. ECS competes athletically with public and Christian schools in the area. ECS is a member of the TAAC (Toledo Area Athletic Conference). In addition, ECS competes in ACSI tournaments.
